Every bird is prepped and seasoned in small batches, then shipped uncooked in an insulated cold pack box.
Shipping and handling are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Leave your preferred delivery date in the order notes.
Refrigerate as soon as your order arrives and cook within the window on your instruction card. Freezing is not recommended because the fresh seasoning does not hold up well to it.
Orders are prepped to order, so they are final once prep has started. Reach out right away if something needs to change.
